The Regis Team consists of Regis & Associates, PC and its subcontractors: Management Concepts, Inc.; Network Security Technology, Inc. (NetSec); Clifton Gunderson, LLP; Williams, Adley & Company, LLP; Haynes & Associates, Inc.; Ofori & Associates, PC; Tai-Pedro & Associates, PC; and JRD & Associates, Inc. This Team comprises both large and small businesses, each with extensive experience in the functional areas that we support. These team members have over 150+ years of experience in performing engineering, technical, and programmatic services for the Navy community. The Regis Team currently has local offices and personnel within all seven geographic zones and is prepared to leverage our capabilities, experience, and collective talents to support NAVSEA or the Virtual SYSCOM and the Navy as a whole. The Regis Team will vigorously deliver support services worldwide with high quality work, attention to mission responsiveness, and the application of best business practices. We understand the vital role the Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) will have, and the importance of its infrastructure to the entire Department of the Navy. Regis & Associates, PC

Founded in 1991, Regis & Associates, PC is a multi-disciplinary Management Consulting and Certified Public Accounting firm, which provides a broad range of professional services to governments and private sector companies. We are a minority-owned, small disadvantaged business. Our core services encompass Federal financial management and accounting services, auditing, financial systems integration, program support, information systems consulting, enterprise security matters, and bank examination. We also provide a broad range of services to state and local governments. Our capabilities also include a broad range of other services that are designed to solve clients' needs, improve efficiency, and meet legislative mandates. Although we have a broad public sector focus, our practice encompasses significant technical expertise in such areas as public housing, credit risk, mortgage origination, federal budget formulation, not-for-profit organizations, regulatory compliance relative to various Federal programs, and various other industry-specific assurance services. Our clients frequently call upon us to assist them in developing risk-based approaches to assessing their programs' compliance with Federal mandates, assist them in implementing new financial management systems, and provide guidance on matters relating to information systems security. They also call upon us to provide assistance with the implementation of various pronouncements, provide ongoing support to their financial management function, and many other services. The Washington, DC location of our office (just walking distance from the White House and other government agencies) increases our efficiency in serving the Federal government.

We are a prior participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8 (a) Program, and are currently classified as a Small, Disadvantaged business. The Firm is also the holder of two General Services Administration Federal Supply Services, Federal Supply Schedule Contracts. One for Financial and Business Solutions Services (GSA's FABS 520 Schedule), and the other for Management, Organization, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS). Federal agencies may access our services expeditiously by utilizing these contracting vehicles. We are also the holders of several agency and government wide Basic Ordering Agreement contracts and Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contracts.

Network Security Technology, Inc. (NetSec) was founded in 1998 by former government security experts who recognized that security is, first and foremost, a management challenge. Clifton Gunderson, LLP

Clifton Gunderson LLP (CG), formed in 1960, is the 12th largest public accounting and consulting firm in the United States, with 54 offices and over 1,500 professionals nationwide. The firm is large enough to offer the depth and breadth of services you expect from one of the nation's largest accounting and consulting firms, with the type of close personal attention you find in a local entity. This level of service is available to our clients through our unique structure and size. First, the individual local office structure of the firm allows the firm's partners and staff to work closely with each individual client to develop an awareness of their specific management consulting needs. Second, the firm's overall size allows it to offer clients unlimited service opportunities backed by the expertise of its nationwide network.

Williams, Adley & Company, LLP

Williams, Adley & Company, LLP is a national minority-owned certified public accounting and management consulting firm that has been serving government, commercial clients and not-for-profit organizations for more than 25 years. Twenty of these years have been spent performing auditing, accounting, and consulting services for Federal agencies inspector general offices, program offices, and other contracting offices. As such, the firm has developed an in-depth understanding of the Federal government environment and the protocol for coordinating technical and contractual matters between contracting offices and managers of the agency.

Haynes & Associates, Inc. is a management consulting firm, which specializes in accounting and financial management support services, and information technology services. Tai Pedro & Associates PC (TPA) is a certified public accounting and management consulting firm with over 15 years experience serving the federal government. The firm is a participant in the SBA's 8(a) Program and is a certified Small Business Enterprise, specializing in providing financial management, accounting, auditing and information technology services. Its management consulting services include ERP implementation, business process re-engineering, and professional support services.

JRD & Associates, Inc.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, JRD & Associates, Inc. is an industrial engineering and management consulting firm that focuses on delivering objective solution services to public and private sector organizations. The firm applies a practical approach to identifying opportunities, developing alternative strategies, recommending value-added solutions, and assisting in the implementation of these solutions to its clients. The firm is dedicated to providing these solutions, on time and within budget, and achieves this through the development of detailed work plans with stated objectives, timeframes, and deliverables.
